These Terms govern your use of Nemoo. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nemoo to harass, threaten or impersonate others, send unlawful or harmful content, spam, or attempt to disrupt or break the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You own what you send. You give us the limited permission needed to store and deliver it to the people you message.

Reporting and blocking

You can report users from within the app. We review reports and may take action, including removing accounts.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
