Information we collect

• Account details: name, email and profile photo from Apple or Google sign-in.
• Messages and media: the messages, photos and files you send, stored so they can be delivered and synced.
• Device information: a push-notification token and basic technical logs to keep the service running.

How we use it

• To provide chat, deliver notifications and show your profile to people you connect with.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and handle reports.
• To improve the app based on feedback you send us.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that host and operate Nemoo (such as cloud hosting, authentication and push delivery), or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from within the app at any time. We then delete your profile and messages, except where we must keep limited data by law.

Your rights

Children

Nemoo is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
